During the January School holidays, the minimum stay is 5 nights unless filling a gap.

Cancellations
Cancellations less than 2 weeks before arrival will only be refunded, less a 10% booking fee, if the period booked can be refilled.
Cancellations more than 2 weeks before arrival will be refunded less a 10% booking fee.
No refunds for non-arrivals.
