Accommodation Rates

A 50% deposit is required upon reservation; the balance can be paid on the day of arrival if a credit card is used, or 1 week before arrival if paying by cheque.

Minimum stay 2 nights, long weekends 3 nights, and Easter 4 nights

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars.
We accept Visa, MasterCard & Bankcard.

Peak

Peak times include the months of December and January, Melbourne Cup weekend and Easter.
Nightly $190
Weekly $1,200 (Extra Nights $170)

Mid Season

Mid Season includes the months of Nov, Feb and Mar, and any School holidays and Long Weekend not already listed under Peak times.
Nightly $150
Weekly $910 (Extra Nights $130)

Off Peak

All other times.
Nightly $120
Weekly $735 (Extra Nights $105)

Cancellations

Cancellations less than 2 weeks before arrival will only be refunded, less a 10% booking fee, if the period booked can be refilled.
Cancellations more than 2 weeks before arrival will be refunded less a 10% booking fee.
No refunds for non-arrivals.
